The introduction of Non-Geographic Charging brings increased usefulness of DISA or Dial-Through. You may have received a text/SMS message from your mobile service provider, detailing their 08/09/118 access charges. For example:
- EE is 37p ex-vat p/m
- O2 is 26p ex-vat p/m
DO NOT FORGET: you can assign a geographic number to our dial-through service and take advantage of our lower access charge by dialling out from our rate-card.

Outbound - Charging Protocol
All outbound calls to Non-Geographic numbers (084/7, 118, 09) will be charged as below:
(a) The access charge (0.009 GBP p/m and added to (b).
(b) The Service Charge (charge which is fixed from all networks - SEE LINK)

Inbound - Advertising your Non-Geographic Number
If you or your customers need to advertise the number rate the old VoiceHost charge bands have been converted into the new bands like-for-like. If your number is ported, you will need to ask the range holder for the band as this is set by them.

Inbound Freephone calls (Cost of receiving calls)
Freephone numbers are now free from mobiles and the inbound 0800/0808 costs are split into three elements. (Please see your account tariff for pricing).
(1) Freephone inbound from a fixed line
(2) Freephone inbound from a mobile network
(3) Freephone inbound from a public payphone*
*due to the excessive charge from payphone providers you can accept/reject payphone calls from the control panel for any freephone number.
Broadband NoT (Notice of Transfer)
VoiceHost has collated and imported all Reseller IDs (RID) from OFCOM and these are now stored on our systems. Any partner without a RID will be unable to manage their broadband estate.
If you do not have a RID, you can obtain one from OFCOM.
